Sardine Stuffing Like You Have Never Had

Welcome back Darlings! After you have made your batbout, now you need your sardine stuffing. Read on to find out how to make this delicious stuffing!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of tomato paste

2 cloves of garlic minced

1/3 of a cup of cilantro or parsley

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 tsp of ginger

1 tsp of salt

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tsp of paprika

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2-3 packs of Moroccan sardines ( or any sardines you can find!)

2-4 Leafs of lettuce

Directions:

In a small pan, on medium-heat, sauté garlic, parsley, tomato paste, olive oil and spices together for about 2-3 minutes. Add sardines, let it sauté for another 5-10 minutes mixing gently, occasionally. Set aside to cool a little. Take your batbout, make an opening wide enough for the stuffing, add half a lettuce leaf, place sardine stuffing in and BON APPETITE! Easy right?

Ginger, cinnomen & tumeric are in almost all Moroccan recipes! So have them handy.

Always becareful with the salt. It's better to have to add salt, because if you put too much you can't take it away!
