The ONLY Banana Bread Recipe You Will Ever Need!

I promise you, after you try this banana bread recipe, you won't want to try any other. It is tender, MOIST and most importantly, FLUFFY! I have a different ingredient in here than what most people use...try it and see for yourself if you won't thank me later. And...You're welcome in advance :-)
What you will Need:
3 VERY Ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil (or canola)
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
3 cups of All Purpose


Flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
One 9 inch or 10 inch loaf pan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease your loaf pan with some pan spray or oil and dust with flour.
Whisk together eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
Mix in mashed bananas.
Combine all purpose flour, salt, baking powder together and sift into the wet mixture. Mix just until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX!
Add vinegar LAST and stir just until combined.
Put in the oven for about 50 to 55 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for about 10 min before taking out of pan. Cut when it is completely cool.
