When dough has risen....

Get your toppings ready...

Grab a clump of dough like this....

Place on work surface thats been sprinkled with lots of flour! Add more if you need to to shape into a ball.

Now shape into a circle with bands first then using a rolling pin to thin out.

Poke holes....

Preheat oven to 500 degrees farenheight with pizza stone (if using one) inside!

Place dough on top

Bake half way till it bubbles a little.

Put your toppings on...

Now bake on LOW BROIL for 2 to 5 minutes but keep an eye on it because it will get done fast!

You can do the same process but using a regular pan on med high heat, cook half way then add toppings and place on a baking sheet or pan in oven on Low Broil for 2 to 5 min.

Et voilaaaaa.

Asmaa's Cooking Tips:

#1

As intimidating as using a pressure cooker might seem, it will become your BFF! Cooking with a pressure cooker in some recipes can cut the cooking time down in half.

#2

Ginger, cinnomen & tumeric are in almost all Moroccan recipes! So have them handy.

#3

Always becareful with the salt. It's better to have to add salt, because if you put too much you can't take it away!
